One of the main challenges during the redesign process was balancing new functionality with simplicity. While we planned and explored many new features, it was important to avoid overwhelming existing users and maintain an intuitive experience. Another major challenge was designing for traditional Mongolian vertical script, as very limited UI/UX references and established design guidelines existed for this writing system. We also had to design the mobile app entirely from scratch while keeping it consistent with the redesigned web experience. Since the previous version already had a loyal user base, we focused on a smooth transition by introducing improvements gradually rather than making drastic changes that could disrupt familiar user behavior.
